What I've Bought | August

Hi all!
After going through some of the stuff I purchased in August I thought I'd show you guys everything I've bought, like a little August haul. So let's dive right into it!

Maybelline finally brought the Baby Lips lip balms to Finland so I went and bought all the ones they had in Stockmann (a department store in Finland)! I still have to find the orange one somewhere... These were 3,90€ each.

The Rimmel London nail polishes are my absolute favourites after Essies. I could get two for 8€ (normal price 5,70€ each) so I went for the colours 513 Let's Get Nude and 303 Raw As Night.

I've been loving my big round silver earrings so much. I've worn them every time I could since I bought them but then I realised I've many golden accessories nowadays and it would look funny if everything else was gold and earrings silver. So as one does when they're looking for accessories, I went to Glitter and bought the exact same earrings but in gold. They were 4,90€.
They had some sale bits left for really low prices so I also got the ring below for 0,50€ which is a great bargain!

The YSL Touche Éclat Radiant Touch in 2 Luminous Ivory *insert heart eyes emoji*. That's all I'm gonna say about it... I also can't remember the price, I think it was around 50€.

Last but not least are these brown Marco Tozzi ankle boots. These are perfect for autumn as - I'm not sure what the material is but - they're not leather so they go for any weather really. Also the height is just right, not too high, not too low. I really like the detailing as it's very simple and the knitted part at the top makes them look super warm and bring contrast. They also have a very soft insole. They were 64,95€ which I think is a great price for shoes as comfortable as these!

#TeenBlogSeries week 1 | 10 Facts About Me

First of all, I'm so so so sorry that this first post is so late but I'm really excited to be involved in the #TeenBlogSeries for the next 10 weeks! As said in the description above the posts will be up every Monday at 6.30pm so stay tuned ;)

Here are the 10 facts about me to start off the series.

1. I have three sisters and I'm the youngest.
2. I love everything Disney related and if you asked me to, I'd watch all the movies with you for the rest of my life.
3. You can most likely find me in my room doing the most random stuff ever.
4. My nail polish collection is huge (for me) and I've probably used only 1/3 of the colours!
5. I love dresses so much and I wish I had more.
6. My favourite high end brand is Ted Baker.
7. I keep re-decorating my room over and over again because I want it to be perfect (who doesn't?) but I think I've finally decided how I want it to look in the long run.
8. At the moment I go to online school.
9. If I buy something that I really like for example a really cute notebook I tend to save it for something "really special" and end up never using it.
10. I've never had my nails done by a professional.

The Liebster Award | part 2

Hello lovelies!

I already did a blog post on my Liebster Award nomination back in July (check it here) but now the lovely Helena (http://uniqueniceoriginal.blogspot.com) has nominated me again so I thought it'd answer her questions! A huge thank you to you Helena :).

Helena's questions

  1. What is the most embarrising thing you have ever done?

When I was in 8th grade, I think, and we were going to have some lunch with my friends and I had a gum in my mouth. I then went over this huge bin they have in the cafeteria and spit it out but the gum got stuck in my hair! I know that's not really THAT embarrassing but that's the only thing I could think of haha. 

  2. You prefer sunrise or sunsets?

I'd say sunsets because I think they are extremely beautiful but I also like how sunrises make everything feel new since they start the day.

  3. What are you afraid of?

Spiders. And dark. I'd love to say something cool like "oblivion" (see what I did there ;) okay let's move on...) but I get absolutely terrified if I'm walking home alone and I come to a part where there's no street lamps *shivers*. Or if there's a spider in my room I go and get some paper so I can get rid of it and then can't find it anymore, I freak out and probably can't sleep that night. 

  4. What is your favourite song?

I have so many but at the moment it's probably Shower by Becky G or Happy Little Pill by Troye Sivan.

  5. If you could have any animal what would it be?

A dolphin, I'd love to swim with it!

  6. Are you hungry?

Yes, always, haha.

  7. What word could describe your life?

Unpredictable, good and bad.

  8. What is your favourite part of your clothes?

As in my favourite type of clothing? I'd say dresses and big jumpers.

  9. How tall are you?

173,3 cm. 5ft 8in.

  10. What is your favourite country and why? 

Scotland. I just love everything there! It's quite similar to Finland so I kind of feel like I'm at home but at the same time it's so different with the old castles and such. Plus people are usually extremely nice and everyone speaks English so that's a plus.

  11. If you could go back to any moment from your past what would it be?

Probably one of those moments when I was about 6 and me and my mom would be watching Frasier late at night. I'd be lying on the couch with my feet on her lap and she'd massage them while we both enjoyed Kelsey Grammer's great acting.

Review | Lush Lip Scrub

Ever since I discovered that we actually have one Lush shop in Finland, I've been head over heels with the brand. I think I've never spent so much money when I've been at a shop for the first time. I bought many bath bombs, bath melts, face masks and then this little pot also hopped into the basket.
At first I was a bit skeptical whether I should buy the lip scrub from Lush or not. Many people had sworn by it and told that they absolutely loved it but then there were those people who said it was terrible and a total waste of money.

I then decided to try it out and see which category I fit in, so I bought the Lush Lip Scrub in Bubblegum and I. Freaking. Love. It! It leaves my lips so soft and it's just a plus that you can actually eat the scrub after and it tastes like candy! And the little packaging looks so cute. It's like a pink glitter box that you can eat!

I know it's mainly just sugar and bubblegum flavour so you could probably make it yourself easily but personally I wouldn't be that patient to try. The only thing I don't like about this product is how hard it is to get out of the packaging when it starts to end. Otherwise, I only have positive things to tell about it and if you've been thinking of buying one of the lip scrubs, I would totally recommend to do so!
